Our Services
Pleading before all judicial bodies and committees
Our office represents its clients before all judicial bodies and committees with all its sorts and levels. For instance, General Courts, administrative court, Grievance Board, execution court, personal statues court, and the dispute resolution, commercial and financial securities, the securities committees- and the custom committees, and all related authorities and also before public prosecution, and all investigation entities and police departments.
Establishment of companies
Our office establishes companies of all types and forms, including joint stock companies, local and foreign limited liability companies, and limited partnership companies, starting with the writing the articles of association and follow up at the companies in the Ministry of Commerce until obtaining the commercial register, as well as providing services related to companies merging, amendment of articles of association and companies liquidation.
Commercial and distribution agencies
Our office handles formulation and writing contracts of commercial agencies and distribution agencies in accordance with regulations and Ministry of Commerce requirements, and taking the necessary procedures to register them in the commercial agencies department in the Ministry of Commerce, and renew them. Our office also provides assistance service in selecting local agents and commercial distributors and provides legal support for them including advising, consulting, auditing and reviewing their contracts and agreements.
Criminal cases
Our office is specialized in criminal cases and to attend investigations at the Public Prosecution and follow-up money laundering cases and all other criminal cases.
